Shipping Information
U.S. Shipping
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $12 within the United States.
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250, which includes shipping insurance.
International Shipping
We offer flat-rate international shipping of $45 (insured) to the following countries:
Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.
International Shipping, Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, addresses cannot be changed or redirected.
Carrier Responsibility & Insurance
Once a package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays.
- Insurance coverage applies only when insurance is included or selected at checkout.
- Orders over $250 include complimentary insurance.
- All international orders are fully insured.
Damaged Items
At Rain & Stone Minerals, each item is packaged with great care. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Please email photo proof of the damage within 24 hours of delivery to
rainnstoneminerals@gmail.com - Retain all original packaging, including the box and packing materials, as they may be required for the insurance claim.
- If shipping insurance applies and the claim is approved, a refund will be issued for the damaged item(s).
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is lost in transit:
- We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier when insurance coverage applies.
- Refunds or replacements are subject to carrier claim approval.
