Shipping Information
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250, which includes insurance.
Order Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link provided in the email to track the status and progress of your shipment.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international shipments. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 days. Please note that we ship from Monday to Friday only.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once dispatched, packages cannot be redirected. We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to USPS or UPS. This includes any loss, delay, damage, or theft.
Insurance
Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping are fully insured.
Damaged Items
At Rain & Stone Minerals, we carefully package each item with love and care. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item:
- Please send photo proof of the damage within 24 hours of delivery to rainnstoneminerals@gmail.com.
- Keep all original packaging (including the box and packing materials) as it may be required for the claim process.
- If you have shipping insurance and the claim is approved, you will receive a refund for the damaged item(s).
In the event of a lost package, we will help facilitate the claim process with the carrier, provided insurance and proper shipping details were selected.
